Defending champions Limerick have been draw to play Cork in the 2021 Munster Senior Hurling Championship semi-finals.
In the other semi-final, Tipperary will play the winner of the quarter-final clash between Clare and Waterford.
The draw took place on RTE Radio 1’s Morning Ireland show this morning and afterwards former Clare star, Anthony Daly, admitted his own native county had a really tough draw on their hands.
“From a Clare point of view it's kind of vicious,” said Daly. “Starting off with Waterford and we know what they did to us last year in the quarter-final down in Cork.
“Face into Tipp then the 2019 champions if you manage to get over that. Look, it's tough. You have a fantastic semi-final then on the other side as well.
“Limerick are everyone's favourites for the All-Ireland Final but there's one team that's caused them problems in the last three or four years and it's been Cork.
“So I don't think Kieran Kingston will mind the draw either, straight into a Munster semi-final and if you win it you're into a Munster Final with that chance of lifting the Mick Mackey Cup.”
