The All-Ireland Rounders Finals are played there at the end of August.  The NGDC also hosts regional feile finals in both hurling and football, Camogie interprovincial series, Club Players training nights, underage blitzes and much more.

Clubs and counties from all over Ireland and abroad use the facility for both matches and training and bookings are made through club/county secretaries by emailing  Club/county officials should supply an official email address, name and mobile number.  The cost of using the facility is €100 for 90 minutes on a pitch.  €150 if lights are required.  The NGDC is open 7 days a week.
