Kerry and Cork will contest the EirGrid Munster U20 Football Championship final.
In Milltown-Malbay a resilient Clare outfit were determined, but still lost to Kerry, who prevailed by 1-11 to 0-8.
Cillian Burke's 40th minute goal was the decisive score for Kerry.
The teams were deadlocked, 0-7 each, when Burke pounced to nudge the Kingdom in front.
Clare were only able to add one further score during the remainder of the match as Kerry closed out the deal effectively.
A gritty Clare side were 0-6 to 0-4 in front at the turnaround with Thomas Meenaghan, Brendan Rouine, and Sean McNamara contributing neat points.
Dylan Geaney was prominent as Kerry were back on level terms before Burke supplied a goal.
Late on Kevin Goulding and Geaney rifled over points for Kerry, who advanced to the final.
Ryan O'Donovan starred as Cork cruised to a convincing 2-15 to 0-5 success against Limerick in Ballyagran.
Despite playing with wind advantage in the opening period, Limerick trailed at the interval by 0-6 to 0-4.
After the restart Cork took complete charge as goals from Hugh Murphy and the excellent O'Donovan steered them to victory.
Emmet Rigter clipped a couple of frees for Limerick, but Cork still were ahead at the turnaround.
When the action recommenced Murphy netted an opportunistic goal before O'Donovan converted a penalty.
Conor Hanlon rifled over four points for Cork, while Darragh O'Mahony also impressed as they eased to victory.
