Kerry's Shane Enright has retired from inter-county football.

Enright, who made his Allianz League debut in 2011, enjoyed a productive career with the Kingdom.

The Tarbert clubman won one All Ireland SFC, eight Munster titles, two Allianz Football Leagues, and an All Star award.

"I have decided that the time is right to retire after 10 years wearing the gear and gold jersey," Enright says.

"I’m privileged to have played with some of the best players to ever play for Kerry and to have made friends for life along the way.

"It has been an amazing journey and one that I will cherish as I move on."
