There was plenty of EirGrid Ulster U20 Championship drama at Celtic Park as Tyrone defeated Derry.

Johnny McGuckin's late goal for Derry levelled matters, but Gavin Potter replied with a winning point for Tyrone.

Darragh Mee's goal was a vital score as Monaghan overcame Down 1-12 to 0-13.

Armagh edged out Cavan at the Athletic Grounds with Gareth Murphy and Pierce Blessing supplying first half goals.

In the second half Cavan thundered back into contention, but Armagh earned the spoils.

Darragh Lovett and Barry Donnelly were Cavan's goalscorers.

Paddy McElwee struck 1-3 as Donegal cruised to a convincing 1-13 to 0-5 victory over Fermanagh.
