Darragh McGurn voted GAA.ie Footballer of the Week

Darragh McGurn has been voted GAA.ie Footballer of the Week.

The Fermanagh star received 1,968 votes on the GAA’s Official Instagram page which put him ahead of Sligo's Lee Deignan (1,001), and Wicklow's Kevin Quinn (918).

Darragh McGurn (Fermanagh)

Fermanagh registered a third Tailteann Cup win on the spin in Saturday's Preliminary Quarter-Final against New York. The in-form Darragh McGurn scored 1-3 for Declan Bonner's team.

Lee Deignan (Sligo)

Sligo were tested by an improving London at McGovern Park so Lee Deignan's five point haul was significant. Deignan has been impressing for Sligo and showed his class in Ruislip.

Kevin Quinn (Wicklow)

Kevin Quinn starred in Wicklow's Round Three Tailteann Cup win over Tipperary in Aughrim. Attacker Quinn contributed 1-6 for Oisín McConville's outfit.
