Kilkenny staged a late comeback, but Wexford still prevailed following an exciting encounter.

Kevin Buggy scored a goal for Kilkenny, but Wexford claimed the spoils.

Brian Callanan's late goal sealed an important win for Galway against Dublin at Parnell Park.

Rory Flannery netted a penalty for Dublin, but Galway responded in the closing stages.

Tony Mahony, Ross Deegan, and Tom Óg Phelan were Laois' goalscorers in their win over Carlow.

Antrim eventually overcame a spirited Meath outfit after extra-time, while Kildare edged out Kerry at Manguard Park, Hawkfield.
