Limerick’s Cathal O’Neill, Galway’s Kieran Hanrahan, and Cork’s Niall O’Leary are this week’s GAA.ie Hurler of the Week nominees.

Voting will close at 10am on Tuesday, March 3, and the winner will be announced on GAA.ie.

Cathal O'Neill – Limerick

Cathal O’Neill was Limerick’s outstanding player in their victory over Offaly. He got on a huge amount of ball in the middle third and finished with a personal scoring tally of 1-1 from play.

Kieran Hanrahan – Galway

Loughrea clubman Kieran Hanrahan excelled on his League debut for Galway in their win over Waterford. The tenacious corner-back won a lot of ball and put Galway on the front foot with his ability to bring it down the field at great pace.

Niall O'Leary – Cork

The Cork hurlers played with a lot of grit and guile when beating Kilkenny in UPMC Nowlan Park, no-one more so that corner-back Niall O’Leary who showed great tenacity to consistently win ball and clear his lines.
