Tipperary’s Jason Forde, Waterford’s Shane Bennett, and Cork’s Shane Barrett are this week’s GAA.ie Hurler of the Week nominees.

The voting process is simple: like their image on the GAA's official Instagram page.

Voting will close at 10am on Tuesday, February 4, and the winner will be announced on GAA.ie.

Jason Forde – Tipperary

On his first start of the Allianz Hurling League campaign, Jason Forde showed his determination to remain a key member of the Tipp attack this year. He scored 3-10 in the their resounding victory over Offaly, 2-3 of which came from play.

Shane Bennett – Waterford

Shane Benett produced a dynamic display from wing-back in Waterford’s impressive win over Limerick. He hoovered up a huge amount of ball, scored two points from play, and banged a penalty to the back of the Limerick net.

Shane Barrett – Cork

Shane Barrett was the best player on the pitch in Cork’s entertaining victory over Galway. He put on a striking masterclass as he scored six points from a variety of distances and angles.
