On his first Championship start for Clare, Diarmuid Stritch produced an incredible performance for the Banner County in their crucial Munster SHC win over Tipperary. The flying midfielder scored six points from play and made some big defensive interventions too in an all-action display.

Eoghan Cahill – Offaly

Eoghan Cahill scored 1-12 for Offaly in their crucial Leinster SHC victory over Wexford, including four points from play and a confidently dispatched penalty. His work-rate without the ball was also very impressive.
