Tom O'Connell (Waterford)

It was a remarkable Sunday afternoon at Fraher Field for Waterford, who defeated Tipperary in the Munster SFC with Tom O'Connell netting two goals. The Waterford attacker was a key figure for the Deise.

Paddy Lynch (Cavan)

Paddy Lynch struck 1-9 as Cavan enjoyed a fine Ulster SFC win over neighbours Monaghan at St Tiernach's Park. The prolific Cavan attacker was a potent threat throughout.

Dean Healy (Wicklow)

Wicklow manager Oisín McConville praised Dean Healy's brilliant contribution following Sunday's Leinster SFC success over Westmeath. Healy scored 1-2 and was a leading contributor in Wicklow's stirring victory.
