Dermot McCabe has been ratified as the new Westmeath senior football team manager.
The former Cavan star succeeds Dessie Dolan as Westmeath boss. During his playing career, McCabe won Ulster senior and U21 medals with Cavan.
Mark McHugh will operate as a coach in McCabe's set-up.
