Dara McDonnell has been voted GAA.ie Footballer of the Week.

The Louth star received 7,345 votes on the GAA’s Official Instagram page which put him ahead of Mayo's Darragh Beirne (6,126), Kerry's Dylan Geaney (5,966), and Dublin's Niall Scully (3,126).

Dylan Geaney (Kerry)

The classy Dylan Geaney starred in Kerry's thrilling victory over Tyrone at GAA headquarters. The Dingle attacker supplied 0-8 from play for Jack O'Connor's charges.

Niall Scully (Dublin)

Providing leadership, experience, and guile, Niall Scully helped Dublin defeat Galway at Croke Park. Scully scored four points from play, and was relevant throughout as Ger Brennan's industrious side advanced.
