Barry McNulty has been voted GAA.ie Footballer of the Week.

The Leitrim received 2,256 votes on the GAA’s Official Instagram page which put him ahead of Westmeath's Luke Loughlin (1,454) and Laois' Evan O'Carroll (874).

Barry McNulty (Leitrim)

The brilliant Barry McNulty inspired Leitrim to a first Connacht Championship win over Sligo since 2011. The UCD student contributed 1-6 for Steven Poacher's improving outfit.

Luke Loughlin (Westmeath)

Classy Westmeath forward Luke Loughlin scored 2-2 against Longford at Glennon Brothers Pearse Park in the Leinster SFC. The Downs attacker was an influential figure for Mark McHugh's team.

Evan O'Carroll (Laois)

Evan O'Carroll struck five points from play as Laois enjoyed an impressive Leinster SFC triumph over Offaly at Glenisk O'Connor Park. The prolific Laois attacker was a potent threat.
