Máire Ní Ghallchobhair talks about her family's involvement in the GAA and mostly her grandfather's and uncle's. She discusses letters discovered that were written by her grandfather in the 1930s and she gives an account of a trip her uncle took to New York with his hurling team in 1931. She also tells about her own experience of the GAA.
