John O'Gara

John O'Gara talks about his involvement in the GAA over the years from playing with Naomh Columba, Glencolmcille in Donegal to becoming chairman of Ballyconnell First Ulsters in Cavan. He discusses growing up in Donegal and what the GAA was like there before moving to Cork to build boats. He talks about joining the Gardaí Síochána in the early 1980s and relocating to Ballyconnell in Cavan. John discusses his involvement in the club there and his eventual transfer from Glencolmcille.
