Daniel Joseph (DJ) O'Connor

At the time of the interview DJ O'Connor was a twenty year old who played for Gneeveguilla club. The GAA is an important part of his life. He’s been playing football since he was eight and he discusses how he loves being involved and being able to play the game. He hopes to be able to train teams after he retires as a player. He talks about his best and worst memories playing for his local club and for Kerry. At the time of the interview Gneeveguilla reached their first Intermediate final for thirty years and he expresses how much it means for the community.
