Con Moynihan

Con Moynihan talks about his involvement in the GAA in Ballaghaderreen, Co. Mayo. He discusses his earliest memories of the GAA in the area and describes how he left the club to go to Galway and then Dublin. He talks about returning to Ballaghaderreen and getting involved with the club upon his return and being present at their 2008 county final victory. Con describes the role of the GAA in communities around Ireland and discusses coming home from his honeymoon to go to the All-Ireland final in 2006. Con talks about the lasting friendships he has made because of his involvement in the GAA.
