Seven Counties make 2010 GPA Football Team of the Year
The official GPA Football Team of the Year for 2010 was announced today by the Gaelic Players Association.
The team sees seven different counties represented: Cork, Down, Sligo, Dublin, Kildare, Louth and Limerick.
GAA Football All-Ireland Senor Champions Cork see three players included on the team: Michael Shields, Paudie Kissane, and Daniel Goulding while All-Ireland runners up Down have five representatives: Brendan McVeigh, Kevin McKernan, Daniel Hughes, Martin Clarke and Benny Coulter.
The GPA Footballer of the year (Nominations: Bernard Brogan, John Doyle, Benny Coulter) will be announced at the Gala Night in CityWest Hotel this coming Friday, November 5.
