Keenan and Kingston still top of the charts

Laois pair Donie Kingston and Zane Keenan remain top of the scoring charts in football and hurling respectively, despite their teams both losing this weekend.

The Laois footballers exited the championship on Saturday, suffering a shock defeat to Antrim in Portlaoise. Kingston continued his excellent individual form in that game, hitting 0-7 to extend his lead at the top of the Golden Boot standings, but he is likely to be overhauled in the coming weeks, given that he will not have the chance to add to his tally this summer.

Kingston's fellow Laois man Zane Keenan is also still top of the Golden Hurl standings. He hit 0-5 in the defeat to Galway, but Joe Canning's massive haul of 1-15 in that game means he is now hot on Zeenan's heels.
