Irish Daily Mail Sigerson Cup action on Tuesday
There's action in the Irish Daily Mail Sigerson Cup today, with two Round 1 games, which were due to be played last week but were postponed due to the weather, taking place.
Today's fixtures are as follows:

Tuesday, February 5
Cork IT v GMIT, Cork IT Grounds, 2pmNUI Galway v DIT, Dangan, 2.30pm
Here's a quick run down of the results so far from the Sigerson Cup First Round. Last week, St. Mary's, Belfast defeated IT Tralee, UCC progressed at the expense of UUJ, while Athlone IT, NUI Maynooth and UCD all went through, defeating Carlow IT, IT Sligo and Trinity College respectively.
So the following teams have already booked their place in the next round: St Mary's, UCC, Athlone IT, NUI Maynooth and UCD.
Champions DCU played in the Preliminary Round last week, defeating UL, and tomorrow, they play in Round 1, facing Queens University at the DCU Sports Grounds at 2pm.
