An exciting encounter unfolded as Crossmaglen Rangers eventually overcame Silverbridge, 1-19 to 2-11.

Caolan Finnegan's goal following a crafty Cian McConville pass was a critical score for Crossmaglen, who finished strongly.

Paddy Reel and Pauric Keating had bagged majors for Silverbridge, who edged six points clear in the second period, but Crossmaglen responded impressively.

Shea Loye bagged a goal as Mullaghbawn edged out Clann Éireann 1-9 to 0-11.

At the quarter-final stage Mullaghbawn will now fance Granemore, who beat Pearse Óg.

Dromintee, who defeated Sarsfields 3-8 to 1-9, play Crossmaglen.

The other last eight fixtures are Ballymacnab verus Maghery, while Killeavy clash with Clan na Gael.

It means that Mount Leinster Rangers will now face Bagenalstown Gaels at the quarter-final stage.

Sixmilebridge produced a dynamic display to defeat Clonlara 3-18 to 0-18.

Shane Golden struck two goals, while Brian Corry also rattled the Clonlara net.

Goalkeeper Gavin Connolly proved to be the star of the show as Blackrock defeated Imokilly following an enthralling encounter at Páirc Uí Chaoimh.

In a dramatic penalty shootout Connolly made three vital saves as the Rockies advanced to the semi-final stage.

A gripping game finished level after extra-time, 2-23 to 1-16, but Alan Connolly, Michael O'Halloran, and Tadhg Deasy scored penalties for Louis Mulqueen's team.

Robbie Cotter clipped 1-5 for Blackrock during the game, while Deasy, O'Halloran, substitute Kevin O'Keeffe, and Alan Connolly all contributed handsomely too.

William Leahy and Seamus Harnedy were effective for Imokilly, but Blackrock prevailed.

St Finbarr's also claimed a victory, beating Douglas by 0-22 to 0-18.

Alan Cadogan rifled over five points from play for Douglas, but it wasn't enough to deny the Barrs.

Brian Hayes, the Cunningham brothers, Sam and Brian, and Pádraig Buggy produced fine displays for a youthful Barrs team.

Darragh Fitzgibbon inspired Charleville to a 2-27 to 0-13 triumph over Na Piarsaigh to preserve Premier Senior Hurling status.

Alex Considine and Fergal Whitely netted goals during Crokes 2-25 to 3-18 success against Vincent's.

Cuala overcame Ballyboden St Enda's 2-23 to 2-17 following a similarly exciting match.

With 11 minutes remaining Boden led 2-17 to 0-18, but Cuala finished with a real flourish.

Mark Schutte and Seán Moran goals were followed by five further Cuala points as they claimed victory.

Conal Keaney and Niall McMorrow scored goals for Ballyboden, but Cuala responded in the last quarter.

Patrick Cummins' late goal ensured Doon defeated Patrickswell 2-19 to 1-21.

Aaron Gillane and Diarmaid Byrnes struck nice scores for 'The Well, but Doon came thundering back late on.

Kyle Hayes was the star of the show as Kildimo Pallaskenry beat Blackrock 1-27 to 1-14.

The versatile Limerick star ended the contest with a remarkable 0-10 from play haul.

Coached by Fintan O'Connor, Kilmallock overcame Ahane by 1-22 to 1-16.

Longford Slashers staged a dramatic second half comeback mission, but Clonguish Gaels survived to claim silverware.

Leading 1-9 to 0-3 at half-time, Clonguish had accumulated a healthy advantage, but Slashers were much improved in the second period.

Stephen Gregg's goal ensured Clonguish were well ahead at the break.

Slashers were spirited throughout and a David Buckley goal near the end gave them some hope, but Clonguish held on to secure a first title since 2019.

Dylan Thornton, Evan Regan, and Conor McStay scored goals as a determined Ballina Stephenites outfit caused a surprise against holders Knockmore.

Aghamore defeated Ballaghadereen by 3-14 to 2-8 courtesy of goals from Conor Byrne, Darren Duffy, and Ross Egan.

That major arrived courtesy of Diarmuid Egan for Declan Hogan's Tullamore team.

Rhode's game against Ferbane went the distance as a penalty shootout was required.

Cathal Flynn's goal ensured Ferbane led 1-6 to 0-5, but Rhode, with Anton Sullivan and Aaron Kellaghan prominent, eventually levelled.

Rhode goalkeeper Ken Garry saved three penalties and also scored during an exciting conclusion.

Following an emotional spell for the club with the tragic passing of Dillon Quirke, Clonoulty Rossmore produced another defiant display.

Clonoulty led 0-10 to 0-8 at the break, but a goal from Paddy Creedon was significant for Sarsfields, who subsequently went four points clear.

Ferncombe's intervention proved to be decisive as Clonoulty advanced to the last eight.

JK Brackens defeated Nenagh Éire Óg by 3-17 to 1-19.

Nenagh did lead by seven points in the third quarter, but JK Brackens thundered back into the reckoning.

James Mackey struck a first half goal for Nenagh, who were 1-9 to 0-7 ahead at the turnaround.

Andrew Ormonde and Shane Bourke (2) netted goals for JK Brackens, while Lyndon Fairbrother scored 0-10.

Mikey Boland struck 1-2 for Bray, who will play Glenealy in the decider.

Garvin Weir was a central performer for Glenealy, who beat Carnew Emmets 2-16 to 0-12.
