M.Donnelly GAA Wheelchair Hurling Interprovincial Finals
Inaugural Wheelchair Gaelic Football Finals
This Saturday, September 19th, the GAA and the Irish Wheelchair Association (IWA) are partnering up to promote a whole new Gaelic experience for both disabled and non-disabled players, as we come together to showcase - Wheelchair Gaelic Football.
Wheelchair Gaelic Football is a 5-a-side wheelchair game played on a basketball-sized court with 4 outfield players and a goal keeper. The ball must be bounced or played every 6 seconds and scores are as they are in Gaelic Football - 3 points for a goal and one point for an over.
The 'Come and Try' event takes place in Aras Cuchulainn, Blackheath Drive, Clontarf, Dublin 3, from 10.00am to 4.00pm. All queries to: inclusion@gaa.ie
