Meetings on An Coiste Bainistíochta and Ard Chomhairle took place last night and today respectively. The following decisions were taken:

• It was agreed to instruct Coiste Contae an Lú not to proceed with the current plans for a new Stadium pending a reassessment

• Approval was granted to Baltinglass GAA Club to change the use of its Handball Alley

• Coiste Chontae Chorcaí was granted permission to host a Munster rugby game on 3rd February 2024

• Proposals from the CCC and Development CCC were approved for consideration of Special Congress on 30ú Meán Fómhair

• A player from Roger Casements in Warwickshire was reinstated with immediate effect on foot of a recommendation from the Central Appeals Committee

• Requested Deviations from Rule were granted to Cill Chainnigh, Longfort and Cill Mhantáin

• The re-formatted Official Guide Part 1, Codes and Part 2 will be considered at a stand-alone meeting of Ard Chomhairle in the coming weeks

• Recommendations from the Report of the Central Council Review Workgroup were approved for consideration of Special Congress

• Recommendations to achieve a gender balance on An Coiste Bainistíochta by Congress 2024 were approved for consideration of Special Congress

• Recommendations from CCCC and Development CCC based on recent surveys conducted with counties in relation to underage intercounty competition structures and Master Fixtures Plan were approved
