Both Kilkenny and Limerick have named unchanged teams for Sunday’s All-Ireland SHC Final.

That’s a blow for Limerick who had hoped to name inspirational team captain, Declan Hannon, at centre-back.

The Adare clubman missed the All-Ireland SHC semi-final clash with a knee injury and has lost his fitness race to face Kilkenny and isn't included in the match-day panel.

That means William O’Donoghue continues to deputise at centre-back rather than play in his usual midfield position.

Kilkenny had a fitness doubt over David Blanchfield who took a knock to the chest in their semi-final win over Clare, but the wing-back has been named in their starting XV.
