Cork’s Tim O’Mahony, Offaly’s Oisin Kelly, and Fermanagh’s Tom Keenan are this week’s nominees for GAA.ie Hurler of the Week.
The voting process is simple: like their image on the GAA's official Instagram page.
Voting will close at 10am on Wednesday, August 4, and the winner will be announced on GAA.ie.
Tim O’Mahony (Cork)
Tim O’Mahony has been one of Cork’s most impressive players all year and he delivered his best performance yet in Saturday’s All-Ireland SHC Quarter-Final win over Dublin. He defended tenaciously and was also brilliant in an attacking sense as he scored 1-1 from play, with the goal a really memorable one.
Oisin Kelly (Offaly)
Derry simply couldn’t handle the pace, power, and finishing ability of Oisin Kelly in Sunday’s Christy Ring Cup Final. He finished with a whopping seven points from play to finish an already impressive season on a real flourish.
Tom Keenan (Fermanagh)
Tom Keenan was the star of the show as Fermanagh defeated Cavan in the Lory Meagher Cup Final. The fleet-footed attacker scored 3-2 from play and was rightly described as “a wee superstar” by his manager Joe Baldwin after the game.
