Cork's Darragh Fitzgibbon, Kilkenny's Martin Keoghan, and Antrim's Ciarán Clarke are the nominees for GAA.ie Hurler of the Week.

Cork’s Darragh Fitzgibbon, Kilkenny’s Martin Keoghan, and Antrim’s Ciarán Clarke are the three nominees for this week’s GAA.ie Hurler of the Week.

The voting process is simple: like their image on the GAA's official Instagram page.

Voting will close at 10am on Tuesday, May 11, and the winner will be announced on GAA.ie.

Darragh Fitzgibbon (Cork)

Darragh Fitzgibbon was at the heart of much of Cork’s free-flowing play as they hit Waterford for five goals on Sunday. The midfield dynamo constantly drove his team forward with his surging runs, scored three points from play, and created many other scoring opportunities for his team-mates.

Martin Keoghan (Kilkenny)

“He’s one of those great, honest players,” said Kilkenny manager, Brian Cody, of Martin Keoghan after Kilkenny’s win over Dublin on Saturday. High praise, and Keoghan deserved it after a match-winning performance for the Cats that saw him score 1-4 from play.

Ciaran Clarke (Antrim)

Saffrons sharp-shooter Ciaran Clarke had his sights very much zeroed in as Antrim pulled off a stunning victory over Clare at Corrigan Park. He finished with a personal tally of 1-11, 1-1 of it from play, and impressed too with his all-round play.
