Diarmaid Byrnes drilled five long range points, including one from play, as Limerick defeated Dublin at Nowlan Park.

The Patrickswell clubman was also heavily involved with colleague Cian Lynch in the creation of Seamus Flanagan's decisive goal.

Eoghan O'Donnell (Dublin)

While Dublin were defeated by Limerick Eoghan O'Donnell delivered another gritty and wholehearted display.

O'Donnell is now established as an important player for Dublin, who summon another hearty performance under Mattie Kenny.
