The pairings for the quarter-finals of the 2016 Independent.ie Fitzgibbon Cup were confirmed on Tuesday night.

The four Fitzgibbon Cup groups were completed on Tuesday, with the top two from each advancing to next week's quarter-finals.

Limerick IT and UCD advanced from Group A, IT Carlow and Waterford IT from Group B, Mary Immaculate Limerick and UL from Group C and Cork IT and GMIT from Group D.

Remarkably, all three Limerick colleges - UL, LIT and Mary I - have made it through. See below for the quarter-final draw, with the group winners (first side named) to have home advantage. Fixture details will be confirmed in due course by HE GAA.
