Tyrone SHC Final

Éire Óg Carrickmore 1-28 Naomh Colum Cille 0-4

Éire Óg Carrickmore stormed to a comprehensive 27-point victory over Naomh Colum Cille in Saturday’s Tyrone SHC Final to make it three titles in a row.

The winners were dominant from first whistle to last, with Conor Grogan’s 19th goal helping them into a 17-point half-time lead.

It was a sweet goal too, with Grogan racing into a pass from his brother Sean Óg before finishing low and hard past Naomh Colum Cille goalkeeper, Eric Kirwin.

In response, Naomh Colum Cille could only muster one first-half score, and trailed at the break by 1-15 to 0-1.

Carrickmore kept their foot on the gas in the second-half too, with substitute Ruairi Slane particularly impressive as he landed five points from play.
