Allianz Football League Division Two Final

Meath v Donegal, Croke Park, 5pm

It has been an encouraging stint for Meath, who have only suffered one defeat in seven matches.

That loss arrived against Donegal, who ruthlessly punished a late lapse in Meath concentration.

Declan Bonner's charges endured a couple of blips of their own, but last weekend's emphatic victory over Kildare suggests Donegal are moving quickly in the right direction.

The return of talisman Michael Murphy and the continued development of some promising players provides hope ahead of the summer.

Meath will want to make an impact in the Championship too and Andy McEntee will have taken significant satisfaction from realising the first objective of the campaign.

Now the Royals would be delighted to secure silverware at Croke Park with James McEntee and Cillian O'Sullivan producing smashing cameos when required against Fermanagh.

Mickey Newman's return to the inter-county game is a boost, while the fact that the promising Darragh Campion and Graham Reilly were introduced demonstrates that a panel is being constructed.

Donegal, though, aren't short on options either and will be anxious to deliver on the Croke Park stage.

Allianz Football League Division Three

Louth v Westmeath, Gaelic Grounds, 2pm

A high stakes encounter looms in Drogheda with promotion the prize for whoever prevails.

Louth chalked up an important away win over Down to dent their neighbours prospects.

Now Wayne Kierans' charges will want to summon another success on home soil against a solid Westmeath outfit.

The midlanders' have enjoyed an impressive start under Jack Cooney winning four and drawing one of their six fixtures.

Ger Egan is in good scoring form while John Heslin's recent return is another boost for Westmeath.

Allianz Football League Division Four Final

Derry v Leitrim, Croke Park, 3pm

An interesting match is anticipated as the undoubted top two in Division Four collide again.

Derry stitched a flawless seven match winning sequence together, while Leitrim lost only once in the group.

That defeat to Derry came after both counties had already secured Division Three status for 2020.

Derry didn't want to stay in the bottom tier for too long so Damian McErlain's mixture of youth and experience were primed for every challenge.

Now Derry will be seeking to earn silverware at GAA headquarters, but Leitrim's rise under Terry Hyland has been dramatic.

Resourceful and well organised Leitrim are playing with some belief again and they will relish the opportunity to perform at Croke Park.

DERRY: Thomas Mallon; Karl McKaigue, Brendan Rogers, Paul McNeill; Michael McEvoy, Chrissy McKaigue, Niall Keenan; Padraig Cassidy, Conor McAtamney; Emmett Bradley, Enda Lynn, Conor Doherty; Shane McGuigan, Ryan Bell, Christopher Bradley.

LEITRIM: Cathal McCrann; Aidan Flynn, Michael McWeeney, Paddy Maguire; Sean McWeeney, Shane Quinn, Raymond Mulvey; Mark Plunkett, Shane Moran; Dean McGovern, Emlyn Mulligan, Domhnaill Flynn; Darragh Rooney, Evan Sweeney, Ryan O’Rourke.

Allianz Football League Division One Final

Kerry v Mayo, Croke Park, 4pm

Developing players while trying to acquire a winning habit is frequently what incoming managers set out to achieve in the spring so Peter Keane and James Horan can reflect with satisfaction on the past two months.

Kerry's recent dominance at minor level, both provincially and nationally, means significant expectation is attached, but the signs are encouraging.

Several of those who flourished on exciting underage teams have contributed handsomely during the spring.

Sean O'Shea is in prolific scoring form, Dara Moynihan is a footballer with vast potential, while David Clifford is just returning to competitive action following a lay-off.

In the 2018 League Kerry leaked goals at a worrying rate, but up to now they have been much more solid defensively.

Much intrigue surrounded Horan's return with the green and red.

While the reversals against Dublin and Galway were undoubted setbacks Mayo have still found a way to reach this decider.

Resilience is rarely an issue with Mayo, who have also been encouraged by the footballers being afforded opportunities at the highest level.

Matthew Ruane went particularly well against Kerry in Tralee and it will be fascinating to see whether he can replicate such dynamism at the Jones Road venue.

Kerry's talented collection of emerging players have sampled glory on this stage at post primary and minor level.

A League Final against a pumped up Mayo outfit offers a most interesting and demanding test.

KERRY: Shane Ryan; Peter Crowley, Jack Sherwood, Graham O'Sullivan; Gavin Crowley, Paul Murphy, Tom O'Sullivan; Jack Barry, Diarmuid O'Connor; Dara Moynihan, Sean O'Shea, Stephen O'Brien; David Clifford, Tommy Walsh, Kevin McCarthy.

MAYO: Robert Hennelly; Chris Barrett, Brendan Harrison, Keith Higgins; Paddy Durcan, Lee Keegan, Donal Vaughan; Matthew Ruane, Aidan O'Shea; Fergal Boland, Jason Doherty, Diarmuid O'Connor; Kevin McLoughlin, Darren Coen, James Carr.
