Derry and Leitrim have already secured their passage to the Division Four decider, but other teams are still eager to afford opportunities to players ahead of the Championship.
Waterford, who travel to Carrick-on-Shannon on Saturday, have claimed three wins this spring which is a source of encouragement.
Benji Whelan's honest approach is earning respect for Waterford, who will want to see how they fare against already promoted Leitrim.
Derry host Wexford, who have enjoyed some good days and endured bad ones also during the competition thus far.
On Sunday Limerick and Antrim will collide, while Wicklow and London are both striving to avoid a last placed finish.
While London have only won once Ciaran Deely's policy of introducing homegrown talent continues.
Injuries have disturbed London recently, but Lorcan Mulvey's return to the panel is a boost for experience and leadership purposes.
Under John Evans' stewardship Wicklow have also tried to bring through young footballers and the fact that a couple of wins were registered brings some optimism.
