Derry's Shane McGuigan, Roscommon's Ciarain Murtagh, and Cork's Brian Hurley are this week's nominees for GAA.ie Footballer of the Week.

Shane McGuigan (Derry)

Shane McGuigan delivered another brilliant display as Derry drew with Monaghan at Celtic Park. The prolific Derry attacker registered nine points.

Ciarain Murtagh (Roscommon)

Ciarain Murtagh supplied moments of real class as Roscommon and Dublin divided the spoils at Croke Park. Murtagh struck five points for Davy Burke's outfit, including three from play.

Brian Hurley (Cork)

A much improved Cork display culminated with an important win over Louth at Páirc Tailteann on Saturday. Brian Hurley's eight point haul was vital for John Cleary's team.
