Dublin’s Ciaran Kilkenny, Tyrone’s Mattie Donnelly, and Kildare’s Daniel Flynn are this week’s nominees for GAA.ie Footballer of the Week.

The voting process is simple: like their image on the GAA's official Instagram page.

Voting will close at 10am on Wednesday, August 4, and the winner will be announced on GAA.ie.

Ciaran Kilkenny (Dublin)

Ciaran Kilkenny took the fight to Kildare all afternoon in the Leinster SFC Final. Things didn’t always come off for him in the first half, but his effort never wavered and he was ultimately rewarded as he finished with four points to his name.

Mattie Donnelly (Tyrone)

The versatile Donnelly is currently providing a very effective focal point to the Tyrone attack from his berth at full-forward. He was the best forward on the pitch in the Ulster Final against Monaghan, finishing with three points to his name.

Daniel Flynn (Kildare)

It wasn’t Kildare’s day in the Leinster Final, but Daniel Flynn still managed to enhance his already lofty reputation. He scored 1-2, and the goal was one of the best we’ve seen so far in the championship as he dispossessed James McCarthy and then burst past Jonny Cooper before firing a rocket to the corner of the net.
