1914 GAA Limited Articles of Association

Articles of Association for the company 'Gaelic Athletic Association Limited' that was established by the GAA in 1914. When the GAA purchased Croke Park, in 1913, solicitors for the GAA highlighted that the GAA, as an association, had no legal rights to borrow money. To address this issue the GAA established this limited company and vested all the assets of the Association in it.
