Tipperary and Waterford registered impressive Electric Ireland Munster MFC wins on Tuesday evening.
Two first half goals from Patrick McDonagh and Dayle Hogan ensured Tipperary led 2-4 to 0-4 against Clare at Páirc Naomh Mhuire.
With 10 minutes remaining Kevin Hanley netted a goal for Clare, but Tipperary closed out the game.
Paddy McCarthy, David Nyhan, and Joe Brennan bagged goals in Waterford's victory over Limerick.
Waterford dominated the opening period, departing 2-9 to 0-4 ahead at the break.
Limerick were spirited after the restart in Lemybrien, but Waterford prevailed.
