AIB All-Ireland Club Intermediate Football Championship Semi-Finals

St Patrick's Cullyhanna 1-11 Allenwood 0-11

Ross McQullian's goal early in the second half helped to steer St Patrick's Cullyhanna into next weekend's AIB All-Ireland Club IFC Final at Croke Park.

In a keenly contested encounter at Páirc Tailteann, Cullyhanna led 0-5 to 0-4 at the interval.

Then the influential McQuillan pounced for a vital score.

Aidan Nugent also contributed for Cullyhanna, but Allenwood continued to battle.

Johnny Doyle and Billy Maher registered points, narrowing the gap to two, but Cullyhanna advanced.

Cill na Martra eventually won a thrilling encounter against Castlerea St Kevin’s.

Two second half goals in quick succession from Micheál Ó Deasúna and Daniel Ó Duinnín proved decisive.

Castlerea, with Darren McDermott prominent, remained defiant, but John Evans’ outfit prevailed.

AIB All-Ireland Club Junior Football Championship Semi-Finals

Listowel Emmets 1-11 Lahardane MacHales 0-3

Arva 2-16 Milltown 1-7

Arva and Listowel Emmets will contest the AIB All-Ireland JFC Final at Croke Park next weekend.

The Cavan and Ulster standard bearers dictated the agenda in the opening period against Milltown, departing 1-9 to 0-4 ahead at the break.

Barry Donnelly's 16th minute goal was a crucial score for Arva.

In the second half Milltown narrowed the gap to four, but Arva, with Kevin Bouchier prominent, responded smartly.

Paul Finnegan decorated Arva's victory with a late goal.

Listowel Emmets were always in control against Lahardane MacHales.

The Kerry and Munster champions settled impressively, reeling off 1-8 without reply, including a 19th minute Bryan Sweeney goal.

Listowel led 1-8 to 0-1 at the interval and were never troubled after the restart.
