Leinster SHC Final
Dublin v Galway, Croke Park, 6pm, RTE
A second Leinster SHC Final meeting between Dublin and Galway beckons at GAA headquarters.
In 2013, a pumped up Dublin outfit triumphed and Niall Ó Ceallacháin's charges enter this decider armed with equal measures of hope and expectation.
The round robin series provided encouraging evidence for Dublin, who finished with a flourish against Galway and Kilkenny in the closing two games.
John Hetherton and Ronan Hayes were influential figures at Pearse Stadium in the dying embers of a keenly contested encounter.
At Parnell Park, Brian Hayes and Donal Burke were key protagonists as Dublin knocked Kilkenny out of the Leinster SHC.
Galway, with several emerging players contributing throughout 2026, have adopted a slick approach throughout the current campaign.
Micheál Donoghue has afforded young players opportunities with Rory Burke, Jason Rabbitte, and Aaron Niland enjoying productive moments.
The Mannions, Daithí Burke, and Conor Whelan supply plenty of experience for Galway, who have lost three of the last four matches against Dublin in the Championship.

Munster SHC Final
Cork v Limerick, SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh, 2pm, RTE
Another Munster SHC Final involving Cork and Limerick.
Last year's southern showpiece went the distance, with Cork eventually prevailing following a dramatic penalty shootout.
Cork have won four of their last five Championship matches against Limerick since 2024, but the games are usually high on scores and drama.
Earlier in the Munster campaign, Cork, prompted by Shane Barrett's 1-2, defeated Limerick at SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh.
With William Buckley, Alan Connolly, and Brian Hayes inside, Cork carry a potent attacking threat.
At the opposite end of the field, though, Aidan O'Connor has been in great scoring form for Limerick, who also feature the excellent Aaron Gillane.
It has been a remarkable spell for Limerick, under John Kiely's stewardship, as the Treaty men are busy preparing for an eight Munster decider on the spin, winning six of the previous seven.
Ben O'Connor's first season in charge of Cork has featured encouraging moments, and this will be a most revealing test down by the banks of the Lee.
