Who will join UCD, TU Dublin, UCC, and UL in the last eight of the Electric Sigerson Cup?

It is knockout fare from here on in with four intriguing matches scheduled.

Inevitably, significant interest surrounds an eagerly anticipated clash between Ulster University and Queens in Jordanstown.

A derby with everything on the line. Following a disappointing opening round loss, Ulster University responded against MTU Cork, carving out an important victory.

Cian O'Brien's burst of 1-2 was pivotal in that game, while Charlie Diamond and Gary Mohan also delivered vital scores.

Queen's, who finished strongly against University of Galway, subsequently lost a thriller against UCC.

Noah Grimes was dynamic for Queen's, who will be looking to Ronan Cassidy and Ryan McQuillan for inspiration.

Maynooth University lost out to UCD in another high octane encounter with Luke Crowley, Aaron Browne, and Eoin Cully promising players.

Next on the agenda for Maynooth is a demanding assignment against DKIT, who will be buoyed up by a fine triumph over TUS Midlands.

Monaghan's Stephen Mooney and Armagh duo Jason Duffy and Aaron O'Neill are influential figures for DKIT, who will relish the upcoming challenge.

Dangan provides the backdrop for University of Galway's clash against MTU Kerry.

University of Galway survived against ATU Sligo as Cillian Ó Curraoin, Mark McInerney, and the in-form Eoin Colleran delivered crucial scores.

MTU Kerry, who had overcome TUS Midlands, were soundly beaten by an accomplished TU Dublin in Round 2A.

Paudie O'Leary, Darragh O'Connor, and Keith Evans carry a potent attacking threat for MTU Kerry.

ATU Galway, who performed admirably against St Mary's, feature Ryan Roche, Paul Kenny, and Fionn McDonagh.

DCU Dóchas Eireann suffered a disappointing loss against UL and will be eager to summon a response in the west.

Greg McEneaney, Lorcan O'Dell, and Jack Tumulty, and Senan Baker are some of the talented footballers in the holders' panel.
