The latest Games Intelligence Unit report has been released.
The Games Intelligence Unit (GIU) was established, in the first instance, to support the ongoing review of Gaelic football by the Football Review Committee (FRC).
The GIU monitors, tracks, and collects data to assess whether recent rule enhancements lead to real and measurable improvements. This aligns with the Association’s goal of making Gaelic Football “the most enjoyable game in the world to play and watch.”
The report covers weeks 5 to 8 of the championship season which includes all Provincial games and opening rounds of the Sam Maguire and Tailteann Cup competitions.
