GAA+, the GAA’s wholly owned live and on-demand streaming platform, today launched its 2026 Season Pass and exclusive 40-match broadcast schedule in Croke Park.
Season passes for Irish based users are now on sale for €95 from www.GAAplus.ie and GAA members can receive a 10% discount via Foireann. Current GAA+ season pass subscribers will be contacted separately with further instructions.
Matches are available to buy individually for €15 or as a ‘3for2’ bundle for €30. All care-giving locations will again receive access free of charge via the HSE and Nursing Homes Ireland. A GAA club pass is priced at €150 and commercial premises pass at €300 (appendix 2).
The wholly owned platform will reinvest 83 cents of every euro generated in the development of Gaelic games across coaching, local club, county and player welfare aid.

Midweek Programming
Following feedback from a comprehensive subscriber survey last year, two dedicated analysis shows will return every Wednesday and Thursday free of charge on the GAA+ YouTube channel. ‘The Hurling Analysis Show’ and ‘Football in Detail’ will now mean four midweek studio shows are available for fans to feast on throughout the Championship, adding to the existing Monday and Friday shows launched at the beginning of this year’s Allianz Leagues.
Hurling match breakdown and insight will be discussed by Noel Connors and Séamus Hickey every Wednesday, while Paul Galvin will join Michael Meehan and Shane McEntee to run the rule over the football action every Thursday. Other midweek contributors will include Darran O’Sullivan (Kerry), Ciaran Murtagh (Roscommon), Séamus Flanagan (Limerick), Walter Walsh (Kilkenny) and Niamh McGrath (Galway).
Enhanced Production and User Experience
Multi-camera setups will be in place for 30+ games and the GAA’s own in-house production team will continue to unlock exclusive access for viewers nationwide and over 180 territories worldwide. GAA+’s unique presentation style, among the supporters and at the heart of the action pitch side, will bring an editorial freshness like no other to this Summer’s Championship and new in-game production elements will feature over the course of the coverage.
Enhanced picture quality will ensure an improved viewing experience for fans streaming on the GAA+ website, via iOS or Android apps, or directly on many of the main connected TV devices (see appendix 3). For the first time, live subtitles will be available on the service, while the GAA+ website also features additional accessibility improvements.
Spread of Coverage
Opening Championship coverage throws in from London and New York on April 11/12th, before five Provincial football semi-finals air on the platform in the weeks following.
Extensive All-Ireland football series coverage will see 12 matches live streamed from the three newly formatted group stages, as well as two quarter-finals on June 27th. A Tailteann Cup ‘Game of the Week’ will also be available on web and app during the group stages.
Ten live matches from the Munster and Leinster hurling championships will be brought to subscribers. Exclusive GAA+ matches include Galway v Kilkenny (May 18th), Kilkenny v Wexford (April 25th), Galway v Dublin (May 16th), Waterford v Tipperary (April 26th), Waterford v Cork (May 9th), Tipperary v Clare (May 16th) and Limerick v Waterford (May 17th). The Round 5 pick on May 24th is to be confirmed and pending RTÉ match picks 1 & 2.
Jarlath Burns, Uachtarán Chumann Lúthchleas Gael, said:
“The 2026 Championship promises to be an electric one across both codes and I am proud that the GAA’s own streaming platform will bring this excitement to the fingertips of those who cannot attend a game. GAA+ is vital in ensuring that we provide additional exposure to our games and the spread of coverage in this year’s season pass schedule is clear to be seen.”.
Speaking at the launch, Noel Quinn, Head of GAA+, commented:
“GAA+ continues to grow its match day and midweek programming to meet obvious supporter demand. Today’s 40-match season pass and midweek studio show announcement affirms our vision for the platform in the years to come. We are delighted to welcome new and returning faces to the presentation team and look forward to live coverage throwing in on April 11th”.
GAA+ ways to watch.
