European Parliament President Roberta Metsola visits Croke Park

European Parliament President, Roberta Metsola, and leaders of the Parliament’s political groups visited Croke Park on Tuesday to learn about the cultural significance of Gaelic games for communities in Ireland and around the world.
The European Parliament delegation were in Dublin as part of the traditional Conference of Presidents visit as Ireland prepares to assume the Presidency of the Council of the European Union on July 1.
While in Croke Park they were given a demonstration of Gaelic games, visited the GAA Museum, and learned about the history of both the Association and the stadium itself.
