Charity partner programme application

The GAA is inviting registered charities across Ireland to apply to become an Official GAA Charity Partner for 2027.
Each year, the GAA selects four charities to benefit from the Association’s Official Charity Partnership programme, donating €25,000 and providing an opportunity to raise awareness of their work and the positive impact they make in communities across the country.
The initiative reflects the GAA’s strong community ethos and its commitment to supporting organisations whose work makes a meaningful difference to individuals, families and communities throughout Ireland.
Since 2008 the GAA has used its unique position at the heart of Irish communities to support charitable organisations. Since the establishment of the Official GAA Charity Partner programme, more than 60 charities have benefited from over €1.8 million in direct financial support, alongside the considerable awareness and reach provided through the Association
Successful charities will have the opportunity to work alongside the GAA during the year, helping to increase awareness of their organisation, the services they provide and the causes they support.

Clubs throughout Ireland put this on display with the incredible work they do supporting their localities and through the work they do for countless charities - all of whom make a positive impact.
