Meetings of Coiste Bainistíochta and Ard Chomhairle took place over the weekend.
Rory Hanniffy, Edward Dooley, John Hogan, Caoimhe Clancy and Dick Butler (GAA Panel) were all ratified as additional members of the DRA.
Ard Chomhairle made a recommendation to the CCCC regarding the use of neutral venues for the hurling quarter-finals following the passing of a motion at Congress last month.
It was also agreed to limit the activity of Academy squads for challenge games from February 1 to August 15 and the period for trials be limited to October 24 to December 5.
Deviation requests were granted to Monaghan, Europe, Meath, Hertfordshire, Council of Britain, US GAA and London.
Ard Chomhairle also agreed to deploy postal votes for future elections of Uachtaráin and Trustees.
The practice of withdrawing motions from the floor of Congress after they have been debated is also to be reviewed.
