Meetings of An Coiste Bainistíochta and Ard Chomhairle took place last night and today respectively and the following decisions were taken:
- To approve the Bye Laws of An Clár, Luimneach, Ceanada and An Bhreatain
- To grant St Paul’s (An Mhí) Deviation from Rule 3.7 so as not to lose its rights while not competing in a championship in 2024
- To grant Coiste Contae Dhún na nGall Deviation to allow its Regulations to revisited to introduce Quarter-Finals in its U16 Championship
- To grant Coiste Chontae Londain Deviation from appointing a Demographics Officer/Committee
- To grant Comhairle An Bhreatain Deviation to permit special arrangements for club hurling
- To grant M.Walsh (Londain) Deviation from 6.8 (c) to allow him to play in the Tailteann Cup having not played club championship in Londain in 2023 due to injury
- To Reinstate M.O’Connell (CLG Caisleán Ghriaire) with immediate effect
- To re-purpose the Paul McGirr Cup for the Tier 2 All Ireland Minor Football Championship
- To re-purpose the Seamus Heaney Cup for the Tier 3 All Ireland Minor Football Championship
- To approve size 1 and 2 footballs for use in Go Games (up to and including U12)
- To grant permission for a senior women’s UEFA Euro 2025 qualification fixture vs France to be played Páirc Uí Chaoimh on 16th July 2024
- That the operative date for Codes be 28 days after the date of the Ard Chomhairle where a Motion was approved
