Aidan O'Connor has been voted GAA.ie Hurler of the Week.

The Limerick star received 3,958 votes on the GAA’s Official Instagram page which put him ahead of Galway's Cathal Mannion (2,876) and Antrim's Conal Cunning (1,432).

Aidan O’Connor (Limerick)

Aidan O’Connor put on a striking masterclass for Limerick in their resounding Allianz Hurling League Division 1A victory over Tipperary. He scored 11 points from a variety of distances and angles, six of which were from play.

Cathal Mannion (Galway)

Cathal Mannion popped up all over the pitch in Galway’s Allianz Hurling League Division 1A victory over Offaly. He scored 1-8, 1-3 of which came from play, and his use of the sliotar was considered at all times.

Conal Cunning (Antrim)

Conal Cunning was Antrim’s marksman in chief in their vital Allianz Hurling League Division 1B victory over Carlow. He scored six points from play and gave the Saffrons a very effective focal point in attack.
