The Global Games Development Fund is jointly funded by the Department of Foreign Affairs’ Emigrant Support Programme and the GAA. It supports projects and initiatives that create or enhance opportunities for the Irish diaspora and other communities abroad to participate in Gaelic games. In doing so, the Fund strengthens Irish networks, supports diaspora communities and promotes Irish identity internationally.
Who can apply?

Applications are welcomed from eligible clubs and units in these regions.
What types of projects are supported?
Since its establishment in 2013, the Fund has supported more than 1,200 projects addressing the diverse needs of Irish diaspora and GAA communities worldwide.
