Raymond O'Hagan

Raymond O’Hagan charts his GAA involvement from Belfast to Mungret. He discloses his early memories of attending and listening to major inter-county matches in the 1940s and provides details of his family’s involvement with Gaelic games, in particular that of his Uncle, Sean McKeown. O’Hagan talks about moving to Limerick in the 1970s and his appointment as a school principal in Mungret. Aspects of his GAA involvement at school, club and county level are discussed as are the changes he would still like to see introduced to improve hurling and Gaelic football.
