Galway’s Conor Whelan, Kilkenny’s Martin Keoghan, and Cork’s Mark Coleman are this week’s nominees for GAA.ie Hurler of the Week.

The voting process is simple: like their image on the GAA's official Instagram page.

Voting will close at 10am on Tuesday, February 8, and the winner will be announced on GAA.ie

Conor Whelan (Galway)

Whelan fired three points from play in Galway’s convincing Allianz Hurling League Division One victory over Offaly. It was his all-round target-man play that really caught the eye though, as he won a huge amount of ball and used it very effectively.

Martin Keoghan (Kilkenny)

Kilkenny could thank Martin Keoghan for saving their bacon after a very tricky test against Antrim at UPMC Nowlan Park. Keoghan’s impressive haul of 2-2 from play ultimately proved decisive as the Cats held on for a three-point victory.

Mark Coleman (Cork)

Cork’s captain for 2022, Mark Coleman certainly led by example in their impressive win over Clare. He scored five points and was the launch-pad for many of their attacks with his superb ball-distribution from the half-back line.
