Enda Coughlan is delighted to serve as a Clare selector under Colm Collins.

Enda Coughlan is adamant that Colm Collins' drive and desire is the chief reason why the Clare footballers have improved.
Coughlan, who gave distinguished service to the Banner county as a player, is delighted to be involved as a selector under Collins.
How Collins continues to adapt to the different challenges is important, according to Coughlan, who believes significant progress has been made.
"He brought serious professionalism when he came in, he brought new coaches," Coughlan remarks about Collins' planning.
"You can see there were good players there, he just got it organised a bit more and we got two promotions under him.
"I can't speak highly enough of him as a manager. His man-management skills are excellent, his knowledge on the line, his knowledge of the players, he has all of that and he got the best players in Clare in and got them behind him.
"Lads want to play for Clare now and that's a major thing. The commitment the lads have given is unbelievable.

"It's gone to five, six, seven nights a week, lads are working on their own fitness as well and I can't speak highly enough of them.
"It's our third year in Division Two now, we're making strides every year and hopefully we'll have a good Championship."
Retaining Division Two status for 2020 was important, but Coughlan acknowledges the spring featured good and bad displays for Clare, who face Waterford in the Munster Championship at Cusack Park on Saturday.
"Very much up and down," Coughlan remarks. "We played well and played awful in parts of every game and it's we just hadn't that consistency to stay near the top of the table, and thankfully we stayed up in the finish, but overall we wouldn't be happy with the League.
"We had a couple of weeks to get things right for the Waterford game, and to strengthen our squad and get our team settled.
"We had a few things to work on and with the things we were happy with, it's trying to do them consistently over more of the games.
"During the League we went a lot of time without scoring in different games and we've got to nail that, we've got to get that right if we're to have any hope in the Championship."
